Rise & Rejoice

And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. — Mark 9:24

In John 12:32, Jesus said, “If I be lifted up, from earth, will draw all men unto me.” In John 14:16, Jesus also tell us, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever.”

When you look at the people in the world, what do you see?

And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. — Mark 8:24-25

I remember a time in my life when I was depressed and felt as if there was no point of living. I was in a horrible abusive relationship, I felt as if I could not go back home, because those were the last words I heard; all I had was my children, and then at some point, it felt as if I didn’t have them either, because I had no control — or so I thought.

When I look back over my life, I see how God truly loved me and still does love me. And for you who are reading this right now and feel as if God doesn’t care, or as if all hope is lost and you are all alone, I came to let you know, I have some good news for you:

When Jesus Christ walked the earth he walked with love and compassion and healed many people. I didn’t know that before. I didn’t know that, just how I didn’t know that I had been rescued from my situation and was saved. One thing that is so special about the love of God is that he thought of all of us long before he formed us in our mother’s womb and has given each of us a gift that is so special, money could never buy. God knew that we were going to face some difficult times and trials and being the provider he is, he planned ahead versus waiting for the last minute.

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. — John 10:10

Jesus came so that we may have life, and life more abundantly. Jesus’s death was not for us to mourn, be grieved, sad, or in pain. Jesus came and took away all worries, heartache, doubt, frustration, etc.

Until the Lord have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the Lord your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the Lord’s servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising. — Joshua 1:15

It’s time for you to enjoy your life and enjoy living. Jesus represents more than a man. Jesus represents God who is forever and the Holy Spirit, which is eternal. When he died, he rose from the grave; and when Jesus rose from the grave, we rose with him too!

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: — John 20:22

Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. — Matthew 27:50-53

It’s time for you to rise and rejoice! No more cloudy days. No more sadness. No more guilt. No more depression. It’s time to rise and rejoice and be who God created you to be. Get in the word of God and read all that he speaks about you. Who knows you better than the Lord your God, the one who created you. Don’t lay there and allow anything or anyone to separate you from the love God. (Romans 8:39) When we are separated from God, this is when we sin [disobey God]. Instead, choose to return to God [repentance], the Heavenly Father, by drawing close to him and he will lift you up out of that pit that was intended to kill you. However, glory to God, it grew you! The same God that brought Joseph out of the pit, and Daniel out of the den, and the three Hebrew boys out of the fiery furnace, is the same God that has already saved you, rescued you, and delivered you out of the hands of the enemy. Now it’s time for you to send the praise up!

So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city. — Joshua 6:20

It’s time for you to shout unto the Lord and receive what is yours…VICTORY and TOTAL HEALING IN JESUS NAME! AMEN!

Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be who God created you to be!
