If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. — John 15:7 KJV
We have inherited the Word of God (the promises of God). Having the Word of God also means we have God. And again, if God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) God has spoken! Everything he has spoken about us, he has also written and shown us, through Jesus that his promises are Yea and Amen. We must believe this starting in our heart. We will never be able to see or possess what God says is for us, if we don’t believe what God has spoken or speak (confess) what God has spoken which will make him Lord.
Whatsoever situations or circumstances [mountains] that are facing you today can be removed if you truly believe in your heart God’s Word about you and speak [confess] it with your mouth. Remember, it’s according to your faith. Even Jesus told the people he encountered that it would take them to believe in order to see God fully. Are you doing the work of the Lord but keep facing challenges trying to sift you as wheat…pray [speak] the Word of God and the devil will flee. Is someone telling you it’s foolish to believe everything God says in the Bible? Speak [pray] the word in faith and it shall be removed. Everything you need God has already given you — it’s on the inside of you, not the outside.
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. — James 1:5-8 KJV
“Let him ask in faith…” means let us pray in faith. The word pray means to ask, seek, or beg earnestly. But we can’t pray or ask in unbelief, worry, or doubt, or fear. We can either believe God or believe man: the choice is up to us.
So who do you believe? Do you believe God wants for you to struggle, not have, live under the curse: that the enemy is your master and you should serve him? Or do you believe that God has redeemed you from the curse through the life of Jesus the Christ that you too can pick up your mat and walk; that you too can go from being blind or deaf to now being able to see and hear; that you can go from poverty to prosperity in Spirit and Truth? What do you believe? Whose report do you believe? Walking by faith [the Word of God] will take more than you just saying Lord Jesus come by hear. Walking by faith will require you to WALK BY FAITH [God] and speak the Word of God the same way God spoke the Word and believe the Word of God no matter what even when no one else is willing to believe what God has spoken and what God has written. May the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable in God’s sight. May you think on things you’ve seen God do and the things that are true [only God is TRUE] and may you be transformed by the renewing of your mind and the cleansing [purging] of your heart right now according to God’s written Word and may it be made manifest in you and through you all unto the glory of God. Amen.
Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah. For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name. Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: and his years as many generations. He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him. So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows. — Psalms 61:1-8 KJV
(And this is our heritage…)
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord , and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord . — Isaiah 54:17 KJV
Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be who God created you to be.
